To keep up, many of these tasks are done in a rush\u2014and they eventually become a source of stress.<\/p>\n<p>Statistics show that 35% of Quebec women aged 18 to 34 consider themselves fairly or extremely stressed most days (2019). The percentage is nearly the same for women aged 35 to 49 (35.5%).<\/p>\n<p>Over time, this stress can lead to physical and mental fatigue and start to take control of our daily lives. Warning signs begin to appear: mood changes, sleep issues, difficulty concentrating\u2026 Yet, we often continue to ignore them.<\/p>\n<p>Most of us are highly organized when it comes to managing a heavy workload in a single day. However, very few people actually plan <strong>time to relax<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes, we feel like others are doing less than we are. But in reality, they may have simply learned to prioritize differently.<\/p>\n<p>Fatigue, burnout, stress, and anxiety have become so common that we no longer fully measure their impact on our health.<\/p>\n<p>We can maintain this pace for a long time\u2014but the cost can be high. At some point, it becomes necessary to rethink our lifestyle and sometimes even consider a new direction.<\/p>\n<p>When we finally slow down, a surprising feeling can appear: <strong>boredom<\/strong>.
